Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by TRUST TECH INNOVATION LIMITED (RC Number 8439308), trading as Trust Tech. Because our products — software, e-books, media, mobile apps, and digital tools — are delivered instantly online, refunds are necessarily limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Refund eligibility

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, you may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery — you paid but did not receive access to your product.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Faulty or corrupt file — the product is defective or unusable and we are unable to repair or replace it within a reasonable time.

Refunds are not available simply for a change of mind once a download or access has been provided.

2. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for a refund: digital goods that have already been downloaded or consumed, and licence keys or access codes that have been revealed or redeemed.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at trusttechinnovationltd@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Currency

Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN), and NGN refunds are handled in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
